Artist Residencies

ArtYard’s residency program is currently in development, and consists of two sites within close walking distance of each other and ArtYard’s main building.

Since ArtYard’s inception, the Creekside Residency, a five-bedroom home at 50 Trenton, has housed a series of visiting artists either performing at ArtYard, installing work in the galleries, or teaching workshops. With the newly acquired Bridge Residency, a five-unit building at 12 Bridge Street, and the completion of the main building at 13 Front Street, ArtYard is able to expand its programs and invite collaborations with like-minded arts organizations around the region and beyond. Organizations such as these will be given the opportunity to send emerging artists to ArtYard to incubate new work and to engage with our community through artists talks, open rehearsals, performances or installations.

ArtYard’s residency program is by invitation only. At this time, we do not have an open call or application process.
