What’s new in August: Harvesting the fruits of creative incubation

As August arrives, our residency program is in high gear and we are delighted the community has continued to join us in experiencing the fruits of creative incubation.

We’re still buzzing with inspiration following the first LAB at ArtYard social practice residency, culminating in Veterans Voices: An Evening of Crankie Storytelling (pictured above). In addition, ArtYard Theatre Fellow Tylie Shider recently arrived in Frenchtown, and we are poised to welcome circus performer Brianna Kalisch to incubate her dramatic circus play (IN)TANGIBLE, a gripping story of love and dementia (tickets below).

Also new this month: Stacey Steers: Edge of Alchemy, a new exhibition in our Lab Gallery, opens ahead of the upcoming ArtYard Live Animation Festival, a weekend of provocative animated films merged with live performance.
