ArtYard started with a simple idea — bring together people who might not normally cross paths to experience groundbreaking art, exchange ideas, and forge relationships. Over the past eight years, we have become a vibrant community of people like you, built upon a shared passion for the arts.
ArtYard works hard every day to incubate creative expression and catalyze collaborations that reveal the transformational power of art. We are committed to celebrating the extraordinary within the ordinary, planting seeds of imagination, and inspiring a future rich with possibility and belonging.
In the past year, we have:
- Welcomed more than 8,500 people to our galleries free of charge, and hosted a multitude of events for visitors to experience the creative process
- Staged more than 15 exhibitions featuring works by nearly 50 artists that open pathways toward greater understanding, including The Alchemy of Blood, featuring works by Suleika Jaouad and her mother Anne Francey
- Supported 15 artists in residence who created daring new works, including Bearded Ladies Cabaret’s John Jarboe, who developed Rose: You Are Who You Eat
- Brought together over 800 community members who took part in workshops and the celebration of Aqualumina, a riverside lantern festival involving music, performance, and inspiring lighting at the river’s edge
We have so much more in store. Please help fuel our work by giving a gift to ArtYard. Every gift — whether it’s $5, $50, or $500 — makes a difference and will help us support artists and create programs that foster joy, connection, and creativity.
Give now or mail a check to ArtYard, 13 Front St., Frenchtown, NJ 08825. If you have questions or would like to discuss making a bequest or additional creative ways to support our work, please email Meghan Van Dyk at [email protected].
Thank you for all you’ve brought to our creative community this year and for making ArtYard part of your year-end giving.
