Kaitlin Pomerantz is an interdisciplinary artist and educator based in Philadelphia. Kaitlin works across mediums to pose questions about contemporary ecological relations, land use, and power relations. They are currently focused on MATTERS, a hybrid pedagogy, writing, and creative project series that makes connections between art and design materials, labor, and land in partnership with the artist residency RAIR Philly.

Kaitlin has recently shown work in exhibitions at PAFA, Practice Gallery, and John H. Baker Gallery, and has received support for public projects from Monument Lab, Philadelphia Mural Arts, Pew Arts and Heritage. Kaitlin was a recent essay contributor to Turning Points, published by Teachers College Press in 2024. Kaitlin is a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania and a mentor in the MFA program at the School of Visual Arts.
