Dear friends of ArtYard,

In light of continuing developments and preventative measurements against COVID-19, we have decided to remain closed beyond March 30th and through the Spring of 2020. While our galleries and theater are closed, we will continue to engage with our audiences online and via social media, through a range of creative and collaborative projects, which we warmly invite you to take part in.

As we enter this new and uncharted territory, we are asking ourselves: how can we best serve our community and audiences remotely? And how can we continue to enact our mission virtually – to serve as an incubator for creative expression and a catalyst for collaborations that reveal the transformational power of art?  We find hope, joy, and purpose in collective making and communal sharing and are seeking new ways to continue to do so in this current period.

While our gallery doors remain closed, we open our virtual doors to the public and invite collaboration on our upcoming creative projects:
The first of which is ArtYard’s Imaginary Museum of Obscure Objects: A virtual museum of beloved intriguing, peculiar, obscure, and mysterious objects, aggregated from our community.
