Kelly Popoff (she/her) is a visual artist and arts educator working in Greenfield, Mass. Through drawing and painting mediums, her work addresses social concerns, often about children, animals, and others in powerless positions that are susceptible to manipulation. She works to bring light to abuses of power and control.
Recent honors include 2020 Massachusetts Cultural Council Artist Fellowship in Drawing, 2019 Vermont Studio Center, Clowes Fund Fellowship and Residency, 2018 Millay Colony for the Arts Residency, 2017 Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation, Artist Grant, 2016 Sustainable Arts Foundation Promise Award, 2016 Finalist Award, Massachusetts Cultural Fellowship in Painting.
